Meditation and relaxation are useful experiences to settle our inner selves. We all experience anxiety, worry and stress in our lives. These sessions run at the Cross Gates Therapy Centre give you the opportunity to find some inner peace and to genuinely relax in a quiet peaceful setting.
Maximum numbers for each session are between 6 and 8 people. No previous experience is necessary to attend the sessions and the charge is £15.00 per session.
For those wishing to complete the short course there will be a total of 6 sessions in all but each one is complete in its own right.
