Initial  Consultation

We offer a thorough examination where problems can be identified and then working together, devise an appropriate treatment plan.

Treatment 

A variety of treatment techniques may be used including:

• Soft Tissue and Joint Mobilisations
• Posture Correction
• Exercise 
• Myofascial and Trigger Point Release
• Therapeutic Massage
• Acupuncture 
• Self Management programmes

Fees

Initial assessment (1 hour approx)    £30 

Follow up treatments (30-45mins)    £25   

Acupuncture                                 £30

Payments by cash or cheque after each session.

Bev qualified as a physiotherapist with a BSc in 1989, trained to administer acupuncture in 1999 and then went on to complete a MSc in Rehabilitation Studies in 2008.

Always interested in sport, particularly Rugby League, she spent 8 years as assistant physiotherapist to Castleford Tigers having had previous experience with Sheffield Eagles and the Welsh RL Squad. However she now spends more of a participatory role in the world of Karate and ‘Commandofit’.

She has worked in the NHS for  over 20 years gaining a wide range of experience, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions in 1993.

Bev likes to work closely with each patient, spending time on a 1:1 basis aiming to gain the optimum result for each individual.
