Experience the Benefits of Colonic Hydrotherapy
A gentle treatment designed to help you feel lighter, refreshed, and balanced
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonic irrigation or colonic lavage, is an holistic wellness treatment that involves the gentle flushing of the colon with purified water. It is a simple, safe and effective way to remove waste and toxins from the body, improve digestion, and support overall health and well-being.
Our colon hydrotherapy services use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience. We use only the highest-quality water and supplies.
Our trained therapist is knowledgeable and compassionate, and will guide you through the entire process. We offer single sessions or packages, as well as a consultation to determine the best treatment plan for your individual needs.
What Is Involved in Colonic Hydrotherapy?
Colonic hydrotherapy in Leeds works in two important ways. Firstly, it gently cleanses waste from the colon. Secondly, it stimulates natural peristalsis — the muscular movement that supports healthy bowel function — helping your digestive system return to a more balanced, natural state.
Many people choose colonic hydrotherapy as part of a digestive health programme or to relieve common bowel issues such as constipation, bloating, IBS, and diarrhoea. Everyone can benefit, including those with regular daily bowel movements. Treatments are suitable for all adults, both men and women, aged 18 to 80+.

Your First Colonic Hydrotherapy Appointment
Your first session in Leeds usually lasts around 90 minutes. It includes a consultation, completion of a medical questionnaire, and a full explanation of the procedure and equipment so you feel fully informed and comfortable.
During the treatment, a small disposable speculum is gently inserted, allowing warm, filtered water to enter the colon. The abdomen is massaged at intervals to help loosen impacted waste and mucus, which is discreetly drained away.
A modern closed-system hydrotherapy machine ensures that temperature and pressure are carefully controlled. Clean, filtered water is gently introduced and waste is safely flushed away, with no odour and no physical exposure for either the client or therapist. This ensures a hygienic, private, and comfortable experience.
