How can Reflexology and Reiki help?
Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy working reflexes on the feet which correspond to all the organs, glands and body parts.
An estimated 70% of common conditions are said to be caused / made worse by stress, affecting us both physically and mentally.
Reflexology works to reduce stress, restore balance, inducing deep relaxation and creating a sense of well-being. The cumulative effects can lead to improved health and vitality. For example, for:
- Stress / anxiety
- Headaches / migraine
- Digestive problems / IBS
- Depression
- Insomnia
- Hormone imbalances
- High blood pressure
- Back, neck and shoulder problems
- Sinus problems
- Asthma
- Arthritis
In addition to traditional reflexology I also have training in Chinese Foot Reflex Therapy and Advanced Precision Reflexology, both of which are incorporated into treatments which are tailored to meet individual needs.
Reflexology can be given as a stand-alone treatment or combined with Reiki for even greater effect.
For more information or how this treatment may benefit you please contact Caroline at the clinic.

What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a powerful form of natural hands-on healing which works to balance Mind, Body and Spirit.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy which is the energy that flows through all living things. It is when this energy becomes blocked or out of balance that illness can occur.
The therapist acts as a channel for this energy which is passed through her to the client. Reiki is deeply relaxing and works on all levels of mind, body and spirit.
